Bob Boyce is an avid researcher, altruistic open source engineer and a very experienced individual who has much to contribute to 100% water powered hydroxy research adn development. Bob has also received his fair share of interference by working in this field.

Bob has contributed open source FREE energy research on his popular resonate 101 plate cell and "brute force" DC hydroxy cell designs. This effort was done in order to stop pollution and assist the hydroxy engineering community work towards a 100% hydroxy powered car.

Recently Bob's new "Hex" controller which was originally intended for his 101 resonant RESEARCH cell was put into another configuration by a very talented open source engineer.

Bob is dedicated to clean FREE energy research and development and intends to disclose his results open source for all faculties and the public to benefit.

Despite Bob having a working available device and R and D potential, his device has no faculty recognition or support. Bob requires endorsement and sponsorship to continue his research and development projects to capacity. Bob's contributions need a grant backed research and development environment to flourish and will be submitted into faculty study and supported in the proposed granted Panacea research and development center.

These systems can be developed to allow for a pure clean stand alone energy system. Bob is unable to finance the units and research to capacity by himself like the rest of the registered technologies presented.
