The following disclosures which have been made at the Annual Tesla Tech conferences are still to this day unrecognized by the majority of consensus reality. Further they have not been presented and covered by ANY main stream media or academia.
We will start by presenting an extensive list of the Tesla Tech conference records which include video proof of the following suppressed alternative-energy research and development principles.
This list is to serve two roles, one is to show the overwhelming list of diversity which is still to this day rejected, suppressed and unknown to the general public, the other is to show the potential and capacity which the proposed granted Panacea research and development centre has to acquire immediate success and upgrade public education via it’s faculty division.

Of particular interest was Konstantin Meyl's replication of Nikola Tesla's Wireless Power Transmission System.Konstantin's lecture covered Tesla technology and a subject extremely fascinating called the Expanding Earth Hypothesis.
Jim Murray's lecture covered the energy research of Nikola Tesla, discussed Tesla's missing "Blue Book" and Otis T. Carr's missing "Blue Book".
Jim covered a FREE Energy technique he used to shuttle energy (i.e., energy reuse) back and forth, and observed electromagnetic torsion field effects.
Mike Windell gave an interesting lecture that covered his time dilation experiments. With his equipment off, an image of an electric arc "frozen in time" was clearly visible.
Thorsten Ludwig gave a fascinating discussion about his work developing a ZPE (Zero point energy) sensor. He touched on an interesting technology using tuning forks, which parallels my work using the Accutron Tuning Fork Watch. I suggested to Thorsten about placing this sensor at these gravity anomalies such as the Santa Cruz Mystery Spot and the Oregon Vortex and do long term measurements. -Source.

This is a large volume of research and development work and is a further example of a sufficient number of engineers experienced in working on suppressed/alternative energy systems which are ready to be consolidated into your publicly owned Centre.
There is also a considerable number of education here of note which will read as foreign and suppressed to the average reader.These principles have been disclosed at Tesla Tech as far back as 1998.
Can you reason how present social and political conditions can't harbour this research? The proposed granted Panacea research and development centre is here to serve the public and reform this.
Despite the Tesla Tech communities having working available devices and R and D potential, they have no faculty recognition or support. This research requires endorsement and sponsorship to continue.
These contributions need a grant backed research and development environment to flourish and will be submitted into faculty study and supported in the proposed granted Panacea research and development center.
These projects can be developed further to allow for a pure clean stand alone FREE energy systems. Panacea will pledge grants and engineers support towards this R&D once granted.
