You will discover many repetitions of history. And live with the price off increased profits as they continue along with its death that follows its operations. Iraq, Iran, soon, and so much more suffering can come. You will discover that free energy and the water engine existed for a long time. How they silenced the discoverers. "Give me your confidence and I will destroy."
They have made it so inventors act for the greater good of their profit. So buying shares, you submit to the law of profit. This is the time of the harvest, that the great subjugation you have to die for them. Peoples are starving, dying in oblivion, people are subjected to the dictatorship. So if you make a discovery, regardless money that you could find, offer to the world, give what should belong to all. The benefit that you receive will be immense, this is not real money, nore just recognition but a clean conscience. Souce
By definition, oil subjugation involves threats in world geopolitics, war profits, suppression of FREE energy education, environmental destruction, insider trading and MUCH more. How much do you really know about the impact of crude? Trust us, its not much.
The Video BP & Big Oil Don't Want You to See
Due to a lack of an integral corporation charter there is no policing the practices of the oil industry. As a result their practice continues to result in irreparable damage to environment. The extent of this is not widely known or publicized in any way that it should.
CRUDE IMPACT is a powerful and timely story that explores the interconnection between human domination of the planet and the discovery and use of oil. This documentary film exposes our deep rooted dependency on the availability of fossil fuel energy and examines the future implications of peak oil the point in time when the amount of petroleum worldwide begins a steady, inexorable decline. Journeying from the West African delta region to the heart of the Amazon rainforest, from Washington to Shanghai, from early man to the unknown future, CRUDE IMPACT chronicles the collision of our insatiable appetite for oil with the rights and livelihoods of indigenous cultures, other species and the planet itself. It is a thought-provoking story filled with discovery, sorrow, outrage.
This research shows some of the UNIFORM destruction in the third world countries by the oil companies. A pattern that seems to be repeated, they are allowed to go in and pillage nations. The growing history of oil subjugation is a unique one.

It was here 10 years ago that 1.3 million litres of oil leaked from an underwater pipeline smothering in oil birds, sandy beaches, and much of the mangrove swaps that surround Guanabara Bay.It was a major environmental catastrophe.-Source
There is a lot more behind the Corporatocracy of Big oil, banks and the NSA (working together for profit) which the genral public do not know about. That's because its taken insiders like John Perkins to reveal it.
John's Quick intro
In this shocking memoir, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, John Perkins tells of his own inner journey from willing servant of empire to impassioned advocate for the rights of oppressed people. Covertly recruited by the United States National Security Agency and on the payroll of an international consulting firm, he traveled the world—to Indonesia, Panama, Ecuador, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, Iran and other strategically important countries. His job was to implement policies that promoted the interests of the U.S. corporatocracy (a coalition of government, banks, and corporations) while professing to alleviate poverty—policies that alienated many nations and ultimately led to September 11 and growing anti-Americanism. Within a few weeks of its release , Confessions of an Economic Hit Man landed onThe New York Times Bestseller List, then 19 other bestseller lists including the Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and Washington Post.
The author has been interviewed repeatedly on national radio and television shows, including Amy Goodman's Democracy Now, CSPAN's Book TV, and PBS' Now with David Brancaccio. And now the book is being published in 9 languages around the world. According to John Perkins, "It is accomplishing an important objective in inspiring people to think and talk and to know that we can change the world."
Despite the history of devastation in the oil industry and the ramifications for future ones a uniform pattern is consistently reoccurring which remains un regulated or policed today by a corporation charter.
2010 Gulf Oil Spill Explosion
A charter is a grant of authority or rights, stating that the granter formally recognizes the prerogative of the recipient to exercise the rights specified. Originally the corporation charter enforced accountability and had strict guidelines which policed the corporation's practice.
If the corporation failed to act under it, it could no longer renew its charter and practice as a legal corporation.Today there is no such charter in the same capacity, a corporation is a separate legal entity to the original charter and has its own privileges and liabilities distinct from any of the victims or damages it creates.
A detailed analogy of this practice is shown in the documentary THE CORPORATION This documentary shows the development of the contemporary business corporation, from a legal entity that originated as a government-chartered institution meant to effect specific public functions, to the rise of the modern commercial institution with the current corporate business practices. These involve corporate legal misbehavior (malfeasance) callous disregard for the feelings of other people, the incapacity to maintain human relationships, reckless disregard for the safety of others, deceitfulness (continual lying to deceive for profit), irreparable environmental damage and loss of life.
This is all being done specifically in order to profit. The corporation can still practice after this. Originally the corporation charter would of prevented this behavior and regulated it.Today the lack of the original charter enables Judges with financial ties to influence and approve corporate practices in return for financial rewards, regardless of the impact. This can be seen in the case with BP where a judge had financial ties to approving the drilling.
Other examples can be seen where in the swine flu case with the WHO having financial ties. To even ministers which resulted in Ministers 'wasting millions on the stockpile of the swine flu drugs for an epidemic that never arrived'.Ministers ‘wasted millions on stockpile of swine flu drugs for epidemic that never arrived’.The same system enables the FDA to be influence by financial ties to the pharmaceutical industry, which was shown in the generation RX documentary.
"The FDA very financially involved with Big Pharma. Despite the 1000's of deaths per year there is no corporation charter to prevent any ties with drug companies to enable secure investigations and practices or to even prevent the regulatory body from un bias influences.FDA panel on stent safety includes six doctors with strong financial ties to stent manufacturers; FDA waives ethics rules.
You would be surprised how many cases show this Vioxx Reapproved by FDA Panel Members With Ties to Drug Companies.Having no corporation charter in place to prevent governments, judges or any regulatory personal with financial ties to have influence and capacity to profit is why there is irreparable environmental damage in the oil and gas drilling industry.
If the 2005 energy bill that was pushed through Congress by members including Dick Cheney is exclusively for environmental, safety reasons and not profit then why has natural gas hydraulic fracturing never been regulated under the Safe Drinking Water Act SDWA) not in the 60-year history of the technology, the 36-year history of the law, or the 40-year history of EPA.Why are they opposed the Fracturing Responsibility and Awareness of Chemicals Act (H.R. 2766).
The 2010 documentary Gaslands is a sobering reminder of irreparable damage that can and will continue like the BP oil spill.
Despite the attempted countering of the calims in the documentary, the elements that are FACTS show that the gas wells put out more pollution then car emissions. Also the gas drilling company has had to compensate people for natural gas infiltrating their drinking water supply .The dangers of this toxic ground water polluting method called "gas fracturing" are still able to be practiced today. People can be just "compensated".
The damage is not reparable.
Despite this reality an organised counter effort has had to Debunk the "debunkers" of the Gasland report.
Who Are the Spindoctors Behind the Attack on Gasland?
Those who stand to loose finacialy have attempted to put the "spin" on the dangers. The same scenario has happened with oil disasters. And like in the Gaslands case its going to cost us dearly. Here is a ground-breaking report by DN, that shows that locals who did not trust the EPA's bogus figures, had their own water samples independently tested.. PROVING that the testimony given UNDER OATH to Congress by the EPA that "the use of dispersants not a danger" in the gulf was UTTERLY FALSE.
EPA Whistleblower Accuses Agency of Covering Up Effects of Dispersant in BP Oil Spill Cleanup
If there is an environmental way to deal with the clean up, the charter does not enforce it, in the case of the BP spill they can still profit from what ever clean up method (cheaper etc) and do not have to use the environmental sound alternative if available. Despite the Gulf oil spill being ruffly the size of Kansas. it was reported oil skimmers sucked up more than 25,000 barrels, however they only gathered 200 barrels. Overflights are not spotting any significant oil slicks, so BP Oil Spill: Where Did All The Crude Go? ?
The answer lies with the monumental amount of toxic dispersants that were used. Instead of lying on the surface, as it naturally would, the oil has dispersed in the Gulf waters. It is still there, but now it is everywhere in the Gulf region where seawater is found, from the deepest depths to the surface. It is very doubtful that any living creature could survive immersed in this toxic soup. The ABC news plays this up as mother nature effectively handling the problem, with little left to be done by BP, the government, or cleanup crews. The charter also allows:
Halliburton Continues to Flood Lawmakers With Contributions After Oil Spill
Who's best interests is being served here and what is in place to police elected governments from the pay outs? Nothing no charter. Halliburton is a company that have milked billions from the US taxpayer and the Iraq economy - with little to show for it. There is more than one reason to have the Halliburton watch website but how can you police it with out this corporation charter? BP CEO Tony Hayward has been let go from his position. BP apparently thinks that their public opinion will show improvement if an American CEO takes over as CEO. What becomes of the former CEO, Tony Hayward he is to let go with a $18 million "golden parachute" compensation package in exchange for him voluntarily stepping down.
Mismanagement and ineptitude is customarily rewarded by corporation boards who dole out huge severance packages.Ask Enron. Of course he only did everything the board of directors told him to do, so they offer this pay to keep his mouth shut because he knows too much. At the same time, they expect that the American public will swallow their housecleaning scam.
The lack of a corporation charter even allows governments to hand over tax payers monies to corporations and worse.
DRIVERS are about to be whacked by mobile speed cameras the NSW Government believes will help deliver more than $100 million in fines this financial year alone.Macquarie Bank, dubbed "the millionaires' factory" because of the huge salaries paid to executives, is attempting to secure a cut of the bonanza by launching a $275 million takeover bid for Redflex, the company contracted by the State Government to operate the cameras-Source
There is currently a petition, calling, writing, email campaign designed to bombard U.S. Vice President Joe Biden's son "Beau" (the Attorney General of Delaware, where BP's charter is registered for tax purposes); to demand that BP's corporate charter be revoked. Green Change
This response is almost complete however their charter needs to be structured so it can apply to ALL CORPORATE PRACTICE not just BP.
The aim here is to assimilate 1 million signatures (name email and country is all it requires to get it started-Link below) to help create a corporation charter to regulate the oil industry from further damage. After the recent Gulf oil spill, we must use this example as a wake up call to the oil industry and show them that this will not be tolerated in future generations.
Metaphorical or real?
The system that's responsible remains unchanged today. These are preventable events. The current devastation record of the oil industry has not given birth to a world standard corporation charter in order to deter any future disasters, enforce higher accountability and implement sustainable education alternatives. The important thing now is to bring the complete issue out into the open and to address it once and for all. It is important to define all the elements that are involved and associated with oil industry subjugation.
The current Gulf oil spill incident is ONE sobering example for the need of this corporation charter to prevent the subjugation from continuing. Alex Jones has provided a quick start video to illustrate how the system has been functioning.
.First of all if we are ging to talk about BP here, lets first get a grasp of what BP is. There's a lot of talk about BP being a British company. Actually, the ownership and control of the company is a lot more complex. Some facts not reported in the news:
1. 29% of BP is owned by JP Morgan and US companies own 39% of it total
2. Halliburton, one of the main contractors on the rig, is considered the party responsible for failing to cap the well properly. They moved their headquarters out of the US to Dubai recently.
3. The former CEO from 1997 to 2009 who was ousted by a sex scandal was also Chairman of Goldman Sachs. Goldman sold a massive amount of its BP holdings in early 2010. Who really owns BP
Incredibly, a very similar oil spill of massive proportions occurred in the Gulf of Mexico in 1979. The main difference is that it occurred in just 200 feet of water. Interestingly, that spill (Ikstock, or Ixtach) went on for months, and all of the very same efforts to stop the leak that have been tried on the BP well disaster which failed were also tried and failed during the Ikstock disaster. Ultimately, only drilling 2 relief wells was able to get the Ikstock well under control. What's even more interesting is that the driller of the Ikstock well was Sedco, which later used the name Trans Ocean for offshore drilling operations. Trans Ocean, of course, was the operator of the Deepwater Horizon drilling platform. Strange coincidence, isn't it? And why didn't Sedco/Transocean, and the entire oil industry for that matter, learn something from the Ikstock disaster about the necessity of using multi-stage failsafe measures?
Why didn't the Department of Energy require such measures before issuing drilling permits? Many pertinent questions are left unanswered.
Video- The more oil spills change, the more they stay the same
The gulf oil spill case shows many things we can address to prevent the the ongoing repeat of the same results. Neglect in the oil industry is one, but all the elements that define oil subjugation extend further. Corruption in the oil industry has been reported, aside from insider trading as is present in the recent gulf spill, Ken Price, a 14 year oil industry veteran states that the industry has the ability for artificial scarcity to be created to drive prices up.
Gulf Oil Spill Scene
In an exclusive interview, Ken Price, a 14 year oil industry veteran, talked about his experience in the industry and his contempt for the failure of B P to cap the Deepwater Horizon spill and the environmental ramifications.
DJW: Have you witnessed corruption first hand in the oil industry?
KP: One time, on a visit to New York, my group got to tour the main office (of oil corporation)and meet some of the higher ups, and it was during this visit that I heard them boast about the actual number and occurrences of oil shortage predictions in the United States. My memory went back to about 1972, the now infamous Arab Oil Embargo. Their memories went back to the early 1900's, with additional ones occurring about every ten years. They freely admitted that it was through the public illusion "of a finite amount of oil being present on the planet", like only a certain number of diamonds in South Africa that they could convince the public to pay a decent profit for it. Otherwise, it would be like charging for water.
Oil spill Ecuador
The extraction of oil is responsible for the deforestation, degradation, and destruction of lands across the globe. The oil extraction process results in the release of toxic drilling by-products into local rivers, while broken pipelines and leakage result in persistent oil spillage. In addition, the construction of roads for accessing remote oil sites opens wild lands to colonists and land developer
You can ask the country of Indigenous and local peoples from Peru and ecuador about why the west is happy to accept them gain the least from oil extraction and their rainforest stands to lose the most. For the impact on their homes, culture, environment, and health, these people generally see little in the form of compensation from the government or oil companies. The land cannot be repaired.
OIL EXTRACTION: The Impact Oil Production in the Rainforest
Other than the ecological and economic damage already inflicted, a ban on all new offshore drilling would allow the price of oil to arctically rise because of a claim that we're "running out of oil". Despite the gulf case illustrating a multitude of alarming examples of foreknowledge, motivation for sabotage, and clear evidence of deliberate malfeasance and negligence, there is still no corporation charter preventing or enforcing oil spill profit from foreknowledge.
Convincing arguments of oil spill foreknowledge
Cracks Show BP Was Battling Gulf Well as Early as February - Bloomberg. On March 10, BP executive Scherie Douglas e-mailed Frank Patton, the mineral service’s drilling engineer for the New Orleans district, telling him: “We’re in the midst of a well control situation.”BP Aware Of Cracks In Oil Well Two Months Before ExplosionBP was aware of cracks appearing in the Macondo well as far back as February, right around the time Goldman Sachs and BP Chairman Tony Hayward were busy dumping their stocks in the company on the eve of the explosion that led to the oil spill, according to information uncovered by congressional investigators.
A result due to no regulatory corporation charter on oil drilling
Criminals are prevented for profiting from their crimes, how are criminals prevented from profiting from their crimes? stories etc. Yet BP and Envron have made a killing (pun intended).
Neglect is rife and it can happen again under the same system. An article by the BBC about the testimony by various oil executives concerning the possible causes of the disaster at the Deepwater Horizon. -"BBC News - Deepwater Horizon blowout preventer 'faulty' - Congress."
Verifies that the explosion was caused by a bubble of high pressure methane rising up the well and getting past the final blowout Preventer because it had both a hydraulic leak AND a dead battery! (Falty). The testimony goes on to reveal that the Blowout Preventers have 260 possible failure modes! Mind boggling! This article also shows that Senator John Kerry is using this incident to modify and push through the new Climate Change legislation. Its amazing the kind of news you can't find from US sources.
The corporation charter that is proposed on this page is to include education on oil alternatives to be implemented at the source (faculties) and in Obama's renewable energy pledge. This will mean you cannot use the alternative industrial process (despite it being cheap), if the environmentally sustainable alternatives exist. For example the hemp industry would take all counter productive oil products away in an unmatched scope, this includes plastics to 50, 000 products. There can be no sustainable development industry with out hemp, no other products can replace oil products as renewably as hemp.
Gulf Oil SPill Scene
There are many more alternatives that need this charter to finally make their way in. Panacea will demonstrate particular neglected FREE energy education to show the need for our own educational institute. Panacea's proposed granted researh and development center is needed to bring this education to the forefront of the public's knowledge with security.
The corporation charter whic you can support here will make sure Obama includes this particular negelcted FREE energy genre.
Devices like Black Light Power, Energy By Motion and Hidro are FREE energy solutions which are possible TODAY and can replace oil. However the majority of the public including Obama have not heard of them.
Despite an alleged pledge by United states president Obama "after the gulf spill to begin to move towards renewable energy" (this president has so far not kept one major promise) These particular FREE energy alternatives are not covered in Obama's plan. We are the only institution intent on making them known in as much capacity at this time.
This alternative FREE energy education is far superior to the conventional renewable energy education such as solar, wind, geothermal, tide and wave energy technologies tat Obama proposes. These technologies are also more reliable, efficient. less expensive and cleaner. These technologies are the ones Panacea exclusively works towards creating public access too.
Some of this technology has been offered to BP as a solution such as the GEET technology.
NBC - OIL SPILL "GEET" SOLUTION, -BP not interested
There are electromagnetic systems which take excess energy from the environment, this energetic medium is currently not thought to be possible in such a capacity by faculties, government and the majority of the public. This is why the mainstream new reports are not mentioning cold fusion, magnet motors, water power, plasma, and zero point energy devices, to name a few, as a remedy to oil subjugation.
As well as dealing with the clean up and helping to errect the corporation charter for prevention, we must attack the source. The ability to use oil for profit over sustainable alternatives has given birth to oil subjugation in Afghanistan and Iraq where it its a feast of financial [subjugation] contractors. (the Iraq /Afghanistan cases are detailed below).
Regardless of those not poised in enough research to see the magnitude of conspiracy behind certain events.
The oil spill serves as a convenient distraction and cover for a number of other important issues, these include the gearing up for a military attack on Iran and Codex Alimentarius snuck in under the Oil Spill.
There is an estimated 4 years of dealing with the gulf problem, the gases and other toxic elements are still not reported in advance by the press to be harmful.
Guls spill scene
The following report was sent by Panacea trustee and director John Carter.
Just thought I would flag a warning that you might pass on to friends contemplating visits to the Florida or the eastern area of the United States. There is a virtual media blackout here on how serious this oil disaster is in the Gulf and it seems that it is so serious that there is a possibility they will have to evacuate the entire Florida area and possibly soon. It is not the oil that is the problem but the poisonous and radioactive gases leaking out with it. It is now 5 miles up into the atmosphere and the well pressure is an incredible 70,000 to 100,000 pounds per square inch so no man made device can shut it off. Many people have been hospitalized and are sick from the fumes. The poisonous gas will be carried across Texas and adjoining states and up the east coast as far as New York by the first series of hurricanes in the Gulf, due in the next week or so and the threat is so great that millions could die.
Panacea would like to extend a warning to all and ask that you seek saftey as a precaution.
EXTREME ALERT-MOVE YOUR FAMILIES NOW!: Inside sources have informed me that Full scale Gulf Coast evacuations are expected to begin in next couple of weeks--With Methane now surfacing and Bubbling in Florida waters the potential for a Methane Explosion of unimaginable devastation now comes into focus Further Law Enforcement Sources are being Advised of "ESCALATING VENT DETERIORATION" -Source
We do not want the same outcome from the same system which gave us the 911 incident where the establishment failed to warn about the potential dangers, the gulf is going to be far worse.
A dire report prepared for President Medvedev by Russia’s Ministry of Natural Resources is warning today that the British Petroleum (BP) oil and gas leak in the Gulf of Mexico is about to become the worst environmental catastrophe in all of human history threatening the entire eastern half of the North American continent with “total destruction”
Russian scientists are basing their apocalyptic destruction assessment due to BP’s use of millions of gallons of the chemical dispersal agent known as Corexit 9500 which is being pumped directly into the leak of this wellhead over a mile under the Gulf of Mexico waters and designed, this report says, to keep hidden from the American public the full, and tragic, extent of this leak that is now estimated to be over 2.9 million gallons a day."-Source
Gulf Oil Spill scene
This story came from "The European Union Times" and is the online newspaper version. One EXCUSE why people in the US don't get 99.99% of the REAL info is because the government gags the truth in order to "not panic the public". If people know the truth, there would be enough premise there for revolt and to remove the corrupt out of office. The majority of the public also don't take the time to investigate and research things.
Clean up time
There is a plethora of clean and renewable ways to clean up and stop the gulf leak. However like the cases of Afganistan and Iraq the current solutions are linked to the where the financial contracts have the majority of the influence to implement the relief effort. International (offered, denied), Federal (non-existent), State (offered, denied), and Private (offered, denied) rescuers (if it were being done, a proper description of the operation at this point would be RESCUE but it's not being done) should be swarming the sands and crowding the waters of our Gulf. This Disaster has imminent & permanent implications for ALL of Humanity for the entire Earth
Some boats cant even get in. In the cases of Iraq and Afghanistan (info detailed after the gulf spill section) The Military Industrial Complex has been shown to be a very convoluted and intermeshed bunch of corporate shells which are used to achieve financially beneficial objectives. And this is not connected just in clean up and re building. The link to politicians who can profit from financial ties is alos un regulated.
There is only one reason why they can still profit, this is because of no corporate charter policing it. Capitalism 101 and a free market is not possible under this system, good in theory. The same system allows people with financial ties to obscure the truth and profit in the FDA with drugs and the swine flu in the Wold health organisation. These Modern case files already show a continuation of this, so why not in the oil industry.
Most have not ACTED on the evidence given by the "Iraq for sale" documentary which shows the link between oil interests and current U.S. military interventions, a result of profiteering in the reconstruction of Iraq. "Iraq for Sale" uncovers the connections between private corporations making a killing in Iraq. What security is or has since been put in place to stop this happening in the gulf?
Just hours after the explosion, no less than 13 countries offered to send containment booms and oil skimmers to the site, but Obama turned them all down.Acting on the spill before things gets worse should be the fist priority.Criminal investigations into the government and BP's role in the disaster need to be launched by state authorities in Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi immediately, while local authorities also need to call emergency legislative sessions in order to take over emergency response efforts from the feds before the crisis gets much worse. Numerous reports have surfaced of locals and state authorities being prevented by BP contractors and the U.S. Coast Guard from helping to address the devastation the spill has created in the region.
An oil leak solution that is Sad but True
The United States can no longer engage effectively in "nation-building" in the one place on Earth it has a right and duty to do so: at home. These are the lessons of the 2010 Gulf oil catastrophe, the 2008 financial meltdown and the 2005 Katrina horror - disasters that history will rightfully conflate as symptomatic of the fundamental crisis of the rule of Capital. The U.S. has become a company town of speculative and extraction enterprises whose social and physical geography the rulers relentlessly appropriate, monetize and despoil - all with obscene abandon. Every element of the American political process is firmly in the hands of the oligarchy.
The public only became aware of Barack Obama's existence after he had been thoroughly vetted by corporate mechanisms of all kinds, including but by no means limited to the corporatist Democratic Leadership Council (see Bruce Dixon, Black Commentator,June 5, 2003). Obama's informal - but quite binding - "contracts" with the oligarchs were concluded before he set foot in the U.S. Senate.
The public was the last to know that the obscure politician Obama had become a "viable" prospect by corporate acclimation in the only "race" that counts - the early, business fund-raising contest. (The corporate consensus included BP, which gave Obama more money than any other candidate, and Wall Street, which was even more generous to the nation's First Black President.).
The U.S. government is divorced from the people because it is a creature of Capital. The three recent mega-crises are both the products and the illuminators of that wholly corrupt relationship. It is, therefore, quite logical that the activists of the Emergency Summit to Stop the Gulf Oil Catastrophe appear to direct their demands to both BP and Obama:
- Stop oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. Full compensation, retraining and new employment, including public works, for all affected,
- The government and entire oil industry must allocate all necessary resources to stop and clean up the spill, prevent oil from hitting shore, protect wildlife, treat injured wildlife, and repair all devastation. Full support, including by compensation, must be given to peoples' efforts on all these fronts and to save the Gulf.
- No punishment to those taking independent initiative; no gag orders on people hired, contracted, or who volunteer; those responsible for this crime against the environment and the people should be prosecuted.
- Full mobilization of scientists and engineers. Release scientific and technical data to the public; no more lying and covering up. Immediately end use of dispersants; full, open scientific evaluation of nature and impact of dispersants. Fund all necessary scientific and medical research.
- Full compensation for all losing livelihood and income from the disaster.
- Provide necessary medical services to those suffering health effects of the spill. Protect the health of and provide necessary equipment for everyone involved in clean up operations. Full disclosure of medical and scientific studies about the effects of the oil disaster.
But this is impossble with out YOUR vote for this Charter to ensure this. Other wise WORLD WIDE corporations will continue to be under the same SYSTEM where America Can't Solve Crises Because It's a Company-Owned Town
If we own 80% of General Motors, why can't the tax payers demand improvements to their automobiles such as, engines that don't use gas?'
Why would the ruling bodies opt for any thing less profitable for them?.
We don't have as much controll as you think neither does govenrment over corruption.
BBC News - BP accused of 'buying academic silence'
It was not too long ago that a company called "Planktos" wanted to dump iron dust into the Pacific Ocean near the World Heritage Site of the Gallopagoes Islands to stimulate plankton blooms to remove CO2 from the atmosphere so they could sell carbon offset pollution rights. The over-bloom of plankton, if they had been successful, would have consumed all the oxygen in the area and destroyed the Gallapagoes marine ecosystem
Again what's in place to stop this form happening in the Gulf and in future scenario's?, the charter we need you to support would prevent this. Despite concerns that the sea floor can collapse, gas explosion or a methane explosion scenarios, what is assured is the realistic mass death and misery due to POLLUTION. Toxic chemicals such as BENZINE, HYDROGEN SULFIDE, DISPERSANTS, etc. are a current reality.
There can now be no doubt whatsoever that the BP oil spill could of been prevented it is now being used to further the Obama administration's political agenda. cap and trade obama The oil companies also have the ability to pass on their costs of operation if increased, they simply pass it along to the consumers who will pay that cost through higher fuel prices. such as the Cap and Trade "climate" legislation now under consideration. And don't forget that BP helped write the Kerry-Lieberman "climate" bill. Doesn't that tell you something? The Great Global Warming Swindle
There is a bit more going on with BP, CAP AND TRADE" = THE ULTIMATE PONZI SCHEME. That you shold know about.
The architects of cap and trade included former BP CEO. The sales of stock on the dawn of the BP Gulf disaster were of the oil portions of the company, not the solar/wind portions. Goldman Sachs and BP stand to make trillions through cap and trade. Obama is the top recipient of BP PAC and individual money over the last 20 years.
You can't eliminate the criminals as long as the payoff of crime is still possible. Only an outraged and mobilized national populace that won't take no for an answer can stop it. The same response is needed where Bankers will rule the world as long as they have a monopoly of credit.
Corexit is Killing the Gulf
BP has sprayed nearly 700,000 gallons of Corexit chemical dispersant on the surface of the gulf and directly onto the leaking well head, a mile underwater.

The Oil Disaster: Dangers of Chemical Dispersants

Corexit/oil eats through boat hulls, kidneys
BP is Spraying COREXIT over Populated Areas of the Gulf by Night
"A mysterious disease has stricken crops in Mississippi and it may be connected to the BP oil gusher. It seems like damage brought by the oil gusher has spread way beyond the ocean, coastal areas and beaches. Collateral damage now appears to include agricultural damage way inland Mississippi. The disease has caused widespread damage to plants from weeds to farmed organic and conventionally grown crops.
It is possibe that the disease is the result of BP spraying the oil dispersant Corexit 9500 in the Gulf of Mexico. Corexit 9500 is believed to be responsible for widespread reports of oil cleanup crews reporting various injuries including respiratory distress, dizziness and headaches.Dispersants have never been applied on this scale, leaving environmental scientists guessing about the consequences. Corexit may have caused seven cleanup workers to be admitted to the hospital with shortness of breath and nausea.
Many have focused their concerns about Corexit… on what it’s doing under the water. But as we know, the oceans are part of a larger precipitation cycle, and scientists are worried that soon the consequences of using dispersants could be falling from the sky,” writes Beth Buczynski for Care2, an environmental website.
Corexit Being Sprayed From Coast Guard Planes!
"I interviewed Destin, FL residents who confirmed flights spraying Corexit occurred on multiple nights, and once during the day, over nearshore waters and beaches. JOIN a coalition to ban the use of these chemicals near our beaches, water supplies, and cities." - Chris
Andy Nyman - The effects of COREXIT on Marine life (Still toxic)
The EPA asked BP to stop using Corexit, which is banned in 18 countries due to its toxicity, but the oil transnational has refused. The EPA has detected toxicity levels around the Gulf of up to 1000 times safe levels for humans.
Corexit just sinks the oil
We may not be able to personally stop the oil spill in the Gulf. And we can't put competent, ethical people in the government overnight. But we CAN exert pressure to stop the spraying of hundreds of thousands of gallons of a dangerous neurotoxic - Corexit - in the Gulf of Mexico.
Facts about Corexit:
1)Corexit is 4x more toxic than crude oil
2) Corexit is banned as too dangerous to use in the UK
3) Corexit is being sprayed by the hundreds of thousands of gallons on the 4) Gulf by plane with most of it ending up in the atmosphere
5)Corexit is not an effective way to remedy oil spills and is being used solely to mask the problem .
Corexit has the potential to permanently contaminate drinking water supplies in the areas it is being sprayed You can help stop this now by taking some very simple actions and voting for the charter on this page. Also Please check stop the spraying.org
There is no charter in place to make sure ALL oil companies learn a lesson from the Chinese on how to handle an oil spill with bioremediation, a cleaner way.
China oil spill forces beaches, resorts to close
More than 23 tonnes of oil-eating bacteria and dozens of oil-skimming vessels are being used to remove the slick. The process, known as bioremediation, uses micro-organisms to break down some toxic hydrocarbons present in crude oil into less harmful compounds.
Mean time it looks like rumors of them covering up oll with sand are true.
Gulf Oil Spill Cover Up-Sand Dumped To Cover Oil And as equally alarming... Oil Clean-Up just for show
Despite this incident Libya going ahead with BP drilling deal Even after a disaster of this magnitude there have been are no security checks sent out in response to all rigs to check THEIR integrity. Guess that's why we have the recent and parallel "Egypt confirms oil leak from rig off Red Sea coast- CAIRO – Egypt's government confirmed Monday that oil has leaked from one of several rigs operating off the coast of the Red Sea resort Hurghada.
And this:China oil spill forces beaches, resorts to close
Here is a ground-breaking report by DN, that shows that locals who did not trust the EPA's bogus figures, had their own water samples independently tested. PROVING that the testimony given UNDER OATH to Congress by the EPA that "the use of dispersants not a danger" was UTTERLY FALSE.
EPA Whistleblower Accuses Agency of Covering Up Effects of Dispersant in BP Oil Spill Cleanup
When government bureaucrats and criminal corporations CONSPIRE TO LIE, they MUST BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.And of course, the national mainstream media STILL REFUSES TO SAY ONE PEEP about this EXTREME PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD.Despite their CLEARLY having information FROM THEIR OWN LOCAL AFFILIATES. This must also be PUNISHED:
When people start to die from it, they also are criminally liable. The only good news here, is that those of us who have been working on this are FINALLY starting to see some traction, but only the independent media like OpenEdnews.
This is what you can expect from the BP desk.
BBC News - BP admits altering oil spill response centre image
ALL THE REST are still only pushing their absurd conspiracy theories and somehow NEVER MENTION the real and scientifically PROVED dangers from the dispersants. We are being inundated with an unprecedented attack of DIS-INFO that tries to take the blame away from BP by claiming "volcanoes" and other ridiculous WITH NOTHING TO PROVE THEM AT ALL. That obscures the VERY REAL DANGERS to millions of people.
Is this also an attempt to destroy the truth movements too? Because when people DO start to die from these poisons, the truth people with their THEORIES are going to look like?. Which makes it easier to discount ANYTHING they said in the past, including "9/11".
Having no other option but to use Natural remedies is an intended part of this charter. There is a commercial source of oil-degrading organisms that occur naturally and is not genetically modified. Before any one thinks they have a solution one must under stand the complete ramifications of that solution particularly when i comes to genetic modification. Even if using only natural oil-consuming organisms, another might use GM varieties that could end up doing a lot more damage than the oil spill.
The issue here is accountability and carefully consideration of all possible consequences before anyone should attempt to do anything to help. The National Environmental Policy Act requires public notice before any action is taken that could affect the environment. The Act requires that a means be provided for the public to comment before the project can go ahead. It is appearing like BP would is choosing to hide the spill other than remediate it. Given the tract record and choice of technology, they are hiding the oil spill with dispersants, this can buy time to skim the oil up rather than re-mediate it with a proven solution.
BP and the Federal Government have suspended the constitution and has made it a felony crime punishable by jail time and a $40,000 fine for anyone that approaches boom, spill, workers or clean up vessels. They must be really afraid of our collective ire once we see the ugly truth. Not only of the oil but also the dispersants. The pure devastation in the photos clearly show what BP doesn’t want you to see which is also the reason for the BP ran No-Fly zone over the BP Gulf Oil Spill. The Bottom line the Federal Government and BP has decided it is not in their best interests to allow too many people keep seeing a steady stream of photos like the ones below. Until the no-fly zone and the ban on boom, spill, workers and clean up vessels is lifted we just may not see too many more photos like these.
Rarely Seen Pictures Of The Devastating Consequences Of The BP Disaster
Their destructive inaction of not choosing a proven natural solution speaks of GREED.See the natural solution that could be injected right into the plume.Nature has provided us with the answer. It is now just being converted into a higher concentration.
The charter proposed is to stop a company like BP from being in charge of the clean up when they have been shown to be incompetently responsible and have neglected protocol for saftey.
BP has sprayed nearly 700,000 gallons of Corexit chemical dispersant on the surface of the gulf and directly onto the leaking well head, a mile underwater. It is by far the largest use of chemicals to break up an oil spill in United States waters to date.
Oppenheimer Biotechnology and Osprey Biotechnics is another company similar to Oppenheimer has made the news. They are also waiting like Oppenheimer to hear back from BP on the use of their products.BP is continuing to introduce dispersants to hide the magnitude of how much oil and other toxins are spilling into the Gulf while these natural remedies mother nature produces are being shut out. These natural remedies from Mother Earth could be dispersed into the plumes now billowing to the surface.Similar to the where the use of pharmaceutical drugs are substituted over natural remedies provided from mother Nature.

Rather than inject natural solutions into the plume directly to be of the greatest benefit they are choosing to hide the amount of oil with a toxic dispersant to buy time to skim up us much oil as they can for profit.
While oil does leak under the ocean, nature has devised a way to re-mediate it.What is flowing to shore now after weeks of being subjected to toxic oil dispersants, sun rays, wave mixing action, etc is NO LONGER OIL that BP can profit from. By choosing not to inject the plume at the source with the natural proven solution, they continue to create more damage to life and the environment.
Its no wodner that "BP's Other Toxic Legacy:'Decades of Misery' for Gulf Health" Can be repeated time and time again.
Given the extent of damage and available remedies, this government is just as responsible for inaction to immediately deploy the natural solution they developed during World War II and later as a "last resort" used on the Valdez oil spill.Any lawyers out there - maybe a Class Action Suit can be filed for All Americans because there inaction to employ natural solutions to this problem are increasing the damage on a daily basis. Appears to be willful negligence.
There is a second Oil Rig in the Gulf of Mexico making the news that has been leaking since April 30, 2010.They are also spraying dispersant on this to hide it as well.News Headlines of a second potential oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico grew louder Tuesday, fueled by several reports that the Ocean Saratoga rig, operated by Diamond Offshore, is leaking into the Gulf.Crisis in the GulfGetty ImagesThe Press Register, an Alabama newspaper, reported that a crew boat was seen spraying dispersant on a slick trailing from the drilling rig, which is located about 12 miles off the tip of Louisiana in about 500 feet of water.
The newspaper said it obtained a federal document showing that the leak has been ongoing since April 30.You think that is bad, listen to the video of the 18 billion gallons of oil pollution created by the greed of these oil cartels. The below video is positive as it is introducing some natural effective remediation technologies through a grass roots movement as the oil companies are taking no responsibility:

Paul Stamets - Bioremediation with Fungi- A Nice simple solution with the hay. Obviously the water will still be contaminated but getting the thick sludge out is crucial.Anything that does wind up on the beach, Paul Stamets fungus will break it down. There are many enzyme type products that can break the hydrocarbons down to their basic parts and there are some nano-colloidal natural decreasing agents that if sprayed on the oil will also break them down and encapsulate the hydrocarbons keeping them in suspension so they will not sink. There is also a special pump that is overly efficient that can suck the contaminated water out of the ocean and spit it out of another pipe where everything is separated by mass.
The fungus solution works. Is slow but works and is probably best for beaches and the microbes for the water - microbes / enzymes have been around for years. I worked with a man that was a scientist that was in the field of enzymes that can consume oil in oil spills. It is nothing new, it works and has been neglected.

Innovative technology - Complete Bioremediation Oil Treatment International (short: OTI) AG's totally non-toxic technology acts as a natural mediator to reintroduce oil into the natural process of degradation without applying any bacteria, nitrates or phosphates. Hence, they exclude any interference with flora & fauna. For their products deployment, self-developed and -produced technology is being utilized and implemented; it is subject to continuous refinement and enhancement. OTIs product applications are designed to decontaminate without generating waste - OTI focuses entirely on the following areas: •Bioremediation of oil spills on water bodies •Bioremediation of oil spills on soil and shorelines •Cleaning of objects contaminated with oil •Decontamination of oily waste from third parties Encouraging aerobic processes in septic tanks The natural process of crude oil bioremediation is successfully finalized within 2-4 months, depending upon the prevailing meteorological condition and geographical region Waste Management OTI develops a unique bio-remediation technology which also fulfills a waste management function. Accordingly there is no longer any need expensive disposal procedures.
Do you know how many oil spills have gone down in the history of this planet? Yet after all of them and the known existance of innovative ORGNAIC clean up solutons avalable today, BP are only by lack of a corporation charter allowed to go and use a toxic oil dispersants.
These are breaking up the oil slick on the surface and dispersing it in the hopes that it will be hard too see. Latest Fox news report said that the slick was estimated to be 6,000 square miles and that it represents only 1% of the Gulf of Mexico.
Why a company called Clift Industries, Inc. has not stepped up to the plate since this technology was discovered by the government?.
Further Bioremediation technology was discovered during World War II. During the extreme research and development in this period, the United States government discovered a technology and a form of bacteria that would degrade oil to a safe level, bioremediation. For decades the technology was categorized as classified until Exxon Valdez. As a last resort the government employed bioremediation on the Alaskan beaches in which there was considerable results.Bioremediation technology is the use and processing of small living microorganisms to metabolize or digest toxic, hazardous substances into non-toxic safe by-products.
The microorganisms degrade, metabolize and chemically transform complex oil and oil by-products compounds into carbon dioxide and water. These microorganisms (bugs) are safe and occur naturally in the environment. This process requires numerous (million) microorganisms and can take as long as years to break down and digest the complex oil compounds. This process of bioremediation has now been accelerated through technological breakthroughs which are utilized in Oil Vanisher

Ask WHY It appears that vested interests are preventing these workable solutions to be initiated?
A a toxic burn off is intended to be done in place of technology which does not produce any counter productive health effects: Maryann Tobin, Examiner.com, reported that FEMA has plans in place for the evacuation of the Tampa Bay area in the event of a controlled burn of oil threatening to take toxic plumes through Tampa Bay -Source.
Compare the toxic effects from the burn off with the following solution. This solution seperates the water and the oil with no chemicals!

This is a deliberate neglect of public health. How can BP, the oil industry, the federal government act surprised about any of what's happening? Why is it that countries like Brazil, Norway and the UK require safety equipment on its rigs that would have prevented this disaster and the US doesn't?Why does the US government essentially allow the oil industry to do whatever it likes seemingly without limit? Is the federal government even in control of the United States or is it simply a subdivision of the oil industry, fighting wars on its behalf, subsidizing highways and starving mass transit, and suppressing alternate technologies?
The Press have their place in this too. The following contribution by Jib from the Panacea - Free energy face book site sums it up perfectly.
This is about simple GREED and sociopath behavior. It is a crime to deliberately lie on national television news. It is a crime to mis-report spillage information to the U.S. government's agencies. It is a crime to lie to Congress. It is a crime against Humanity as well, when the results affect us all. These are "conspiracies". The type that get thousands of people sent to jail in this country every year.Conspiracy exists (there is absolutely no denial of this), and always has.
What is a fairly recent advent (since 1963, the year John Kennedy was assassinated), is the deliberate and very effective "coloring" of the word; that changes its meaning and adds connotations that are designed to create emotional responses. This has been done by the U.S.' "CIA" as a specific and deliberate project: By constantly inserting references into popular media; and the careful control of the corporate-owned mainstream media to insure that the only response ever seen by the public is that of derision towards it.And crime... graft, corruption... lying... certainly exists in our government. Over the years THOUSANDS of bureaucrats have been convicted of it. Perhaps people forget this important and elemental point when they are being daily bombarded by "NWO" theories. And perhaps, in the end, that is the point of them. A straw man that stops people from looking at the obvious:That at the "top", we have groups of loosely associated mafia-like "families"... criminal organizations posing as legitimate corporations or other groups.
Question: How can you tell if a site or group is pushing "disinfo" about climate change, and are actually in the pocket of the energy cartels? Answer:If they refuse to report on BP's oil spill.

Currently entities are fighting this to the bitter end; and spending tons of money in graft and lobbying and illegal control and brow-beating and extortion and internet shills and psy-ops games to see that they remain monopolies and huge, un-elected, political monsters for as long as they can get away with it. So are the coal conglomerates that supply most of the fuel to them. So are the oil companies that also sell fuel to them, and more importantly, have the monopoly on vehicle fuels. And so are their allies the electrical and heavy industry manufacturers (like "G.E." and the car makers)... who hold their current market share and positions ONLY as long as the current paradigm built around coal and oil exists, Once there is a "level playing field" again where even "start-ups" can grab huge market share quickly; who knows who will be top dog?
There is good evidence it will NOT be them. The time has come, to put the future and safety of the Planet, and Humanity itself, above the destructive, selfish, and SOCIOPATH desires of corporations and government bureaucrat graspers. We really have no other sane choice left now, and going on as before is just not an option. There must also be no more suppression of free energy, some thing that would of prevented the BP Wars, economic depressions, famine and ecological disasters which can all be traced directly back to the corporative ruling elite.
The followig article by Jib details the inexcusable suppressions by the U.S. national mainstream media regarding the dangers of airborne poison gasses from the burning of oil/dispersant mix in the Gulf of Mexico... a huge "miscalculation" that can end in many senseless deaths. If you sent this article to member of the press on record, it would be "interesting " to say the least to see who acted on it and who did not.
Message to the Media: GET THE NEWS OUT NOW!
BP oil blowout gushes Benzene, Hydrogen Sulfide, Methyl Chloride, Sulfur Dioxide.
BP OIL SPILL HEALTH EMERGENCY! MUST BE WATCHED !
CDC advises “Everyone, including pregnant women” to avoid areas affected by spill
Now there is an arrangement between Homeland Security, the local Sheriff, and the BP Security Guards. This is how Freedom dies.
Gulf Coast now a BP police state as law enforcement conspires with BP to intimidate journalists
Here is an interesting campaign just getting started, to force BP to AT LEAST allow the workers in the Gulf to wear Respirators. BPMakesMeSick.com Why is this campaign even needed in teh first place?? This is because of a corporate-controlled world that has no corporation charter policing it.
2 died in cleanup already
There is a subtle fight going on here that is way beyond the stated goal. The reason that the national mainstream media is not reporting on these dangers, why BP doesn't want images of respirators on the news (and the reporters are being kept away), the reason we never hear the word "Benzene" in the national MSM.Is the "bigger picture". The greater concept of "Oil As A Poison" in general, even after this Disaster ends somehow. The energy cartel have successfully kept this topic out of the public consciousness for decades... Even all those thousands of deaths of Exxon Valdez workers... Which except for this latest Disaster, WE NEVER WOULD HAVE HEARD ABOUT. Then we also had the Gulf War I syndrome, which was mainly caused by burning oil too (in Kuwait, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia).
And the other disasters in Africa and the Amazon Basin, which less than 1% of the US population even knew about. So far, they have successfully deflected or suppressed these obvious examples of the danger "every-day oil" , even without the added dangers of Dispersants, causes all the time around the world.Like the studies about how dangerous and cancer-causing Diesel fumes in cities are.If the wider Public considers just how poisonous the concept of "oil" is, because of the greater awareness that the Gulf Disaster brings... This is a very dangerous situation for the energy cartels. It makes millions more call for alternatives, SERIOUS PLANS for alternatives, not the facade jokes like have now.
It raises an anger that is not just about prices, like in 2008 (that evaporated as soon as the prices lowered again), but that goes much deeper... Even to the point of being "instinctual... Because it brings us to the question of our very survival. You want to get a sleepy couch potato's attention: Show him PROOF that he could die. This, imo, is what this campaign attempting to tap in to. They are taking it one step at a time, and not taking on the real issue, which is not the two thousand or so "clean up workers".. but the 30 million or so area residents "down-wind" who are put at risk every day they burn the oil / dispersant mix out at the site of the BP Gulf Disaster. Some of this is because they want it to be publicized in the MSM (which if they talked about the wider health issue IT WOULD NOT BE).They are going to let "us" tumble to that larger risk and conclusion ourselves.
What else are they hiding?
- Refusing foreign help
- Minimal deployments to reduce the number of ships
- Using amounts of Corexit beyond what would be needed despite the illegality of it in the UK and the EPA's initial disapproval.
- Shipping and low altitude flight bans.
- Clean up workers need special gear to protect themselves.
- Preventing respirators because people getting sick if they were used gives big red flags.
- Illnesses associated with the oil spill
- The medical center is guarded and completely off-limits to the media, anyone on the outside is forbidden.
Its time for the Charter please vote
The following information was inspired by concerned citizen of Tony Cimbalo What sort of answers would Barack H Obama give to the following. It is painfully (pun intended) obvious that there is a MYRIAD of people would like to see the oil spill handled differently. The reason for interference on the surface appears to be federal intervention (red tape) and bureaucracy.Federal regulations state that anyone working on clean up of oil will work 10-30 minute shifts in a hour. In an 8 hr day you can expect one person to work 3-4 hours, what does this accomplish? Recently the people of Louisiana were building sand berms to prevent the oil from entering into fragile marshlands and they were stopped by the Army corps of engineers.
A couple weeks back into the spill, ships in the Gulf that were sucking up crude oil were stopped by the coast guard. And this:
The reason being was that the coast guard needed to check these oil sucking barges to see if they had the proper amount of life preservers and fire extinguishers! While thousands of barrels of crude pour into one of the most fragile ecosystems on this earth, the federal govt. is worried about life preservers and fire extinguishers. If one is to contemplate and Fast forward 5 years from now, the Gulf can potentially turn into a total dead zone, along with parts of the Atlantic due to the Gulf stream that carried the crude out through the Keys of Florida.
Listen to what this resident of Louisiana has to say about BP and the clean up efforts.BP is trying one solution for a fix to wait and see if it works, when it doesn't, it's back to the drawing board. The pollution get up a few days, then they come up with a new solution to cap the well, they try it, and the cycle continues. How does a billion dollar enterprise not have 10 back up plans after the 1st on fails? BP has received 80,000 submissions from outsiders on how to cap the well, how many have they tried, 4 or 5? It's painfully obvious that they don't want to cap that well. The drilling that BP did was experimental, of what I understand, and the pressure being released is somewhere along the lines of 60,00 to 100,000 psi.
Since this disaster occurred, Obama has said and done very little, In over 2 months into this mess, little has been done to correct it.
President Obama -Oil Skimmers Can't Be Sent To Gulf
However the neglect began In 2009.
Obama administration blocked efforts to stop BP oil drilling before explosion
The Obama administration intervened to support the reversal of a court order that would have halted offshore oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. Obama’s Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, who has long had close ties to the industry, specifically cited BP’s Deepwater Horizon operation as one that should be allowed to go forward, according to a group involved in the court case.
Goldman Sachs sold $250 million in stock in BP before the disaster. BP chairman Tony Hayward sold a huge amount of shares before the disaster. it's obvious that BP knew this disaster was coming and these elitist got out of the BP market before this disaster happened.isn’t insider trading a crime? YES it is.
The average person will watch for 2 minutes, in that time, hundreds of gallons of poisonous crude oil will pour out into one of the most pristine waters on this earth
For Food Business, BP Oil Spill Is a Recipe for Disaster
It is dawning on people that they can no longer eat seafood. Oil is bad enough but who knows the effect on sea life these toxic chemicals they are dumping into the water will have..The main stream media hasn't really covered the stories that are in this petition, they are good at keeping the public ignorant to what is really going on with the clean up efforts.WE need this corporation charter and for people to vote, this page was made in the hopes of making people aware of what is really going on in the Gulf region.
The people that read this will be enraged in what seems to be a lack of true action. This horrible disaster that is occurring will have everlasting affects on us all. Just because it is out of sight, this is something that should be on the minds of all of us.Day to day duties of life must not distract us, but pressing our federal government and BP to let individual states(Florida, Louisiana, Texas) let them do what they may in their clean up efforts is key to controlling this mess. Red tape, federal regulations, etc. will doom us. PLEASE sign this petition for the corporation and send it to everyone. We need 1 million signatures. With this many votes this piece can go viral and we can send a message to the government, BP and President Obama that this disaster needs to be corrected, and clean up efforts by the states need to be left unhampered.
Some of the most beautiful moments in residents life have been when they were ankle deep in the water of the Gulf of Mexico, enjoying a beautiful sunset, enjoying mother nature at her finest, we must help that this will continue for future generations. Sign this petition, let's make our voices heard.
There are other industries who could inflict as much damage as the oil industry , we need your name e-mail and country to make the charter to police them
GASLAND - (2010) Directed by Josh Fox. Winner of Special Jury Prize - Best US Documentary Feature - Sundance 2010. Screening at Cannes 2010.It is happening all across America and now in Europe and Africa as well - rural landowners wake up one day to find a lucrative offer from a multinational energy conglomerate wanting to lease their property. The Reason? In America, the company hopes to tap into a huge natural gas reservoir dubbed the Saudi Arabia of natural gas. Halliburton developed a way to get the gas out of the ground—a hydraulic drilling process called fracking—and suddenly America finds itself on the precipice of becoming an energy superpower. But what comes out of the ground with that natural gas? How does it affect our air and drinking water? GASLAND is a powerful personal documentary that confronts these questions with spirit, strength, and a sense of humor. When filmmaker Josh Fox receives his cash offer in the mail, he travels across 32 states to meet other rural residents on the front lines of fracking. He discovers toxic streams, ruined aquifers, dying livestock, brutal illnesses, and kitchen sinks that burst into flame. He learns that all water is connected and perhaps some things are more valuable than money.
The charter is also needed to make oil companies have accountability but also insurance.
Uninsured Peril -- loss of human protein supply from the sea not covered BP is not insured for the death of fish and other undersea creatures. Which means BP is off the hook for the destruction of a large portion of the human food supply. This damage may exceed 20 trillion dollars. What is the sea life of the two greatest oceans worth? What are one or two billion human lives worth? Had BP been insured for this peril, the insurers would have made sure all risk was being managed to the maximum before assuming the liability. The idea of insurance is for people or corporations to pool risks to which they are commonly exposed. All oil companies should have pooled their risk with insurance -- that would have given all oil companies an interest/incentive to ensure maximum safety and minimum risk.
Instead BP is not insured for the greatest damage it has done -- the damage to undersea marine life -- while the corporations, the government and the media only talk about the much lest lethal and devestating damage to southern costal state shores and wetlands, to seabirds etc. and to loss of income of fishermen and loss of business of ocean resorts etc. The fact that BP is not insured clearly shows 1) that regulators of insurance neglected to see that the cataclysmic peril of the extinguishing of a large percentage of undersea life was taken into account with full assumption of liability to be shared by an insurance pool.
Compare this situation with the liability coverage required for the operation of atomic power plants, where every peril is identified and covered and where those assuming liability have full incentive to guarantee that the risks controlled commensurate with the capacity of the insurance pool to pay damages. For the tuna under the sea, now perishing in the North Atlantic, they are not owned and therefore it was reckoned that there is no one to compensate -- since a fish is not owned until it is caught, there are no owners to compensate.Because of this ommission, which has made drilling so cheap for all offshore drilling oil companies, the human race, the consumers of fish (30 percent of the world protein diet) must incurr the loss without compensation -- compensation being impossible.
Once this failure of regulators -- of all levels of government -- to the benefit of the owners of the oil companies and insurance companies is realized -- it becomes necessary for the people of the planet, whose lives and livlihoods are now threatened -- over a billion deaths within two years worldwide -- to assume control from corruption, from criminal negligence in regulation and organization, from a total failure of the policies and legal structures errected by our ruling elites, our Big Finance and Big Oil dominated "governance" (a term which applies to the power beind the hollow shell of impotent and submissive national goverment -- of legislatures, courts and regulators captured by the owners of Big Oil and Big Finance (which includes Big Insurance).
AN EXTRAORDINARY CRISIS REQUIRES AN EXTRAORDINARY RESPONSE – THE PEOPLE MUST ACT TO STOP THE GULF CATASTROPHE 1 million signatures are needed to begin a corporation charter to address BP beyond what is being done. We can do it. Class action people who do mandates have volunteered to use our signatures to help address this. CHINA VS THE US: THE BATTLE FOR OIL (1/7)
China's sky-rocketing growth and shortage of sufficient resources is forcing China to set its sights outside its borders in a frantic search for oil, but the major oil-producing countries are kept off-limits by the United States, forcing China to do business with the rogue states, African dictatorships, Iran and former Russian states - to get the oil they desperately need.Featuring field encounters, archival footage, news reports and maps to outline the latest threat in world geopolitics.
There is more then enough evidence presented on theFREE energy suppression pages to raise serious questions regarding energy cartels. According to the national defense council foundation, a conservative think tank, the united states spent 137 billion dollars on oil related defense measures. Roughly 70 times the amount spent developing alternative sources of energy during the same period.
Additionally to the questions being raises as t to the suppression of alternative and free energy technology, according to Lindsey Williams the is suppression of the existance of oil in Alaska. Lindsey Williams has written a book entitled The energy Non crisis
Quote-Lindsey Williams, who has been an ordained Baptist minister for 28 years, went to Alaska in 1971 as a missionary. The Transalaska oil pipeline began its construction phase in 1974, and because of Mr. Williams' love for his country and concern for the spiritual welfare of the "pipeliners," he volunteered to serve as Chaplain on the pipeline, with the subsequent full support of the Alyeska Pipeline Company.
Because of the executive status accorded to him as Chaplain, he was given access to the information that is documented in this book. After numerous public speaking engagements in the western states, certain government officials and concerned individuals urged Mr. Williams to put into print what he saw and heard, stating that they felt this information was vital to national security. Mr. Williams firmly believes that whoever controls energy controls the world -End quote.
These disclosures have also been recorded on video:

Lindsey Williams ~ Economic Warfare Declared on Americans
Lindsey states that there is oil avaiable in Alaska which is being keept from the knowledge of the general public. This is deliberatly keep secret to prevent the price of oil from droping.
Lindsey is an insider and describes EVIDENCE of a greater conspiracy. After being involved with the Alaskan oil company for a number of years Lindsey reports that he experienced real world events which show that the IMF and World banks are behind such a decision. Lindsey describes that initially Henry kissinger was told to go to all oil baring countries and make them sign a contract which states that for every sale of oil, they must apply a certain percentage to releive the American Debt. Iran and Iraq were two countries which declined to sign the agreement.
According to Lindsey this was done to allow the American economy to remain stable, so the world bank can keep lending money (which is mere credit and not backed by gold) and charge interest on it. Lindsey also decribes real world events which were given to him in advance from the inside, all of which have turned out out exactly as he described them. Also Lindsey warns of further plans by the world bank and IMF to subjugate the public through engineered high oil costs.
Iit is important to follow up and investigate the evidence Lindsey Williams has disclosed. According to Lindsey upon such an investigation, it would uncover a highly organised criminal element whom are subjugating the public for money.

Lindsey Williams told us years ago that the price of oil would go to $150 per barrel, and we saw that come to pass at the height of gasoline prices. The he told us that oil would fall to $50 a barrel, and we saw that happen this past year as gas prices plummeted to about $1.50 a gallon. Lindsey explained that this was engineered to bankrupt the oil producing nations of the middle east, and late in November we heard news that Dubai World was nearly bankrupt and in debt to the tune of $80 billion. Dubai Bailout Lifts Dow to 14-Month Peak
Time and again, Lindsey has been right on the mark concerning predictions, and these aren't just things he is guessing at or pulling out of a hat. Lindsey gets his information from sources working within the global elite. They have an agenda, and it is going as planned. In fact, they have now accelerated their agenda, and Lindsey is spilling the beans on their plans for the next 2 years. It's not pretty, but everyone should listen and be aware of what is in store. Remember, this comes straight from the Ruling Class. As Lindsey explains, they have a "code of honor" of sorts in which they are bound to inform us of everything they intend to do before they actually do it. So listen and learn, my friends:

It has been just over 3 years since the Bush administration began it's large scale bombing of Afghanistan, kicking off the so-called war on terror. Osama bin Laden remains at large, tens of thousands of innocent civilians have been killed in both Afghanistan and Iraq. More than 130,000 US troops are on the ground in Iraq and the body bags continue to come back to US soil. While the invasion and occupation of Iraq dominates the political discussions and debates ahead of the November 2 election, both major candidates have vowed to "win the war in Iraq."
Against the backdrop of the US election campaign, a new documentary has just been released that examines what many see as the key US motive for the war. That motive is oil. The documentary is called "The Oil Factor: Behind the War on Terror." It examines the link between oil interests and current U.S. military interventions. Speaking at a press conference Rep. Kucinich stated that he wished it to be made a matter of record that he had brought up this evidence 4 times to the democratic party. Rep. Kucinich explained how a proposed Bill, now pending before the U.S. Congress, will via its benchmarks provide for the privatization of Iraqi oil.
Rep. Kucinich May 24, 2007 speaking at a press conference
out side the white house.
It requires the regime in Iraq to pass a law called, "The Hydrocarbon Act." If they refuse to do so over a billion dollars in reconstruction funds will be blocked by the Bush-Cheney administration, he claimed. This measure, which Rep. Kucinich characterized as "blackmail," permits multinational oil corporations, based in the U.S. to exercise control over the Iraqi oil.
The Democratic leadership in the Congress is giving its explicit support to this legislative device. Unless the scheme is stopped, Rep. Kucinich predicted, we will be looking at an Iraqi War "going on forever!"
Rep. Kucinich is no stranger to the world banks and energy cartels.... taken from his about page:
"In 1978, Cleveland's banks demanded that he sell the city's 70 year-old municipally-owned electric system to its private competitor (in which the banks had a financial interest) as a precondition of extending credit to city government.
The attempted political blackmail failed as did several assassination attempts. He remembered his parents counting out coins on the dresser and refused to sell the people’s power. In an incident unprecedented in modern American politics, the Cleveland banks plunged the city into default for a mere $15 million despite being offered triple collateral to protect the loan. The principled stand destroyed his political career. He lost his reelection bid.
He was demonized as the mayor who threw Cleveland into default. Fifteen years later, the citizens of Cleveland - recognizing he had saved them hundreds of millions of dollars in municipal power bills and also forced the private utility to keep bills low to compete – voted him into the Ohio Senate."

A Buried 60 Minutes Interview / Indictment
YouTube | September 16, 2007
The video employs clips from a 2004 "60 Minutes" Interview with 2001-2003 Secretary of the Treasury, Paul O'Neil. O'Neil,a Permanent Member of the then formed NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL (NSC), was eventually FIRED in 2003, for what he OPPOSED and witnessed in the Early days of the JUST elected 2001 Bush Whitehouse. He was appalled at the Secrecy and Contradictions in the George Bush he thought he knew. It was apparent a new agenda was rolling...and he wanted NO part in it. War plans were in the works, long BEFORE the 911 World Trade Center attack. Far from a tragedy, 911 was an OPPORTUNITY for the Bush/Cheney White House to proceed with Plans.
This is a 2004 interview with the former Secretary of the Treasury that demonstrates that the Iraq war was not about terrorism but was a pre-emptive war planned before 9-11-01. Starting a war of aggression is one of the articles of impeachment in Kucinich’s Cheney impeachment bill H Res 333.
Recently it has been revealed Quote- A study by two nonprofit journalism organizations found that President Bush and top administration officials issued hundreds of false statements about the national security threat from Iraq in the two years following the 2001 terrorist attacks. The study concluded that the statements "were part of an orchestrated campaign that effectively galvanized public opinion and, in the process, led the nation to war under decidedly false pretenses." - End Quote
No End in Sight (2007)
The American Occupation of Iraq - The Inside Story From the Ultimate Insiders .The first film of its kind to chronicle the reasons behind Iraq’s descent into guerilla war, warlord rule, criminality and anarchy, NO END IN SIGHT is a jaw-dropping, insider’s tale of wholesale incompetence, recklessness and venality.
Based on over 200 hours of footage, the film provides a candid retelling of the events following the fall of Baghdad in 2003 by high ranking officials such as former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage, Ambassador Barbara Bodine (in charge of Baghdad during the Spring of 2003), Lawrence Wilkerson, former Chief of Staff to Colin Powell, and General Jay Garner (in charge of the occupation of Iraq through May 2003) as well as Iraqi civilians, American soldiers, and prominent analysts. NO END IN SIGHT examines the manner in which the principal errors of U.S. policy.
The use of insufficient troop levels, allowing the looting of Baghdad, the purging of professionals from the Iraqi government, and the disbanding of the Iraqi military – largely created the insurgency and chaos that engulf Iraq today. How did a group of men with little or no military experience, knowledge of the Arab world or personal experience in Iraq come to make such flagrantly debilitating decisions? NO END IN SIGHT dissects the people, issues and facts behind the Bush Administration’s decisions and their consequences on the ground to provide a powerful look into how arrogance and ignorance turned a military victory into a seemingly endless and deepening nightmare of a war.

It was a day for the history books. On April 9th, 2003, millions of Americans sat glued to their television sets as U.S. soldiers and Iraqi citizens joined together to topple the statue of Saddam Hussein in Baghdad's Firdos Square. Like the fall of the Berlin wall, the fall of Saddam's statue appeared to be one of those iconic moments that proved - spontaneously and undeniably
- That democracy would always triumph over totalitarianism, that freedom was the great equalizer. "If you don't have goose bumps now," said Fox News anchor David Asman as the extraordinary footage rolled, "you will never have them in your life." "Jubilant Iraqis Swarm the Streets of Capital," read the New York Times headline. Or did they?
In their eye-opening new exposé, Weapons of Mass Deception: The Uses of Propaganda in Bush's War on Iraq, Rampton and Stauber take no prisoners as they reveal - headline by headline, news show by news show, press conference by press conference - the deliberate, aggressive, and highly successful public relations campaign that sold the Iraqi war to the American public. April 9th seemed to confirm what Washington and pro-war pundits had been saying for months: that the Iraqi people would eventually come to see America as their liberator, not their enemy.
Yet the American media chose to focus on headlines such as "Iraqis Celebrate in Baghdad" (Washington Post) rather than on a Reuters long-shot photo of Firdos Square showing it to be nearly empty, or the Muslim cleric who was assassinated by an angry crowd in Najaf for being too friendly to the Americans, or the 20,000 Iraqis in Nasiriyah rallying to oppose the U.S. military presence.
We've always known what good PR and advertising could do for a new line of sneakers, cosmetics, or weight-loss products. In Weapons of Mass Deception, Rampton and Stauber show us a brave new shocking world where savvy marketers, "information warriors," and "perception managers" can sell an entire war to consumers. Indeed, Washington successfully brought together the world's top ad agencies and media empires to create "Operation: Iraqi Freedom" - a product no decent, patriotic citizen could possibly object to. With meticulous research and documentation, Rampton and Stauber deconstruct this and other "true lies" behind the war:
* Top Bush officials advocated the invasion of Iraq even before he took office, but waited until September 2002 to inform the public, through what the White House termed a "product launch."
* White House officials used repetition and misinformation - the "big lie" tactic - to create the false impression that Iraq was behind the September 11th terrorist attacks on the United States, especially in the case of the alleged meeting in Prague five months earlier between 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta and Iraqi intelligence officials.
* The "big lie" tactic was also employed in the first Iraq war when a 15-year-old Kuwaiti girl named Nayirah told the horrific - but fabricated - story of Iraqi soldiers wrenching hundreds of premature Kuwaiti babies from their incubators and leaving them to die. Her testimony was printed in a press kit prepared by Citizens for a Free Kuwait, a PR front group created by Hill and Knowlton, then the world's largest PR firm.
* In order to achieve "third party authenticity" in the Muslim world, a group called the Council of American Muslims for Understanding launched its own web site, called OpenDialogue.com. However, its chairman admitted that the idea began with the State Department, and that the group was funded by the U.S. government.
* Forged documents were used to "prove" that Iraq possessed huge stockpiles of banned weapons.
* A secretive PR firm working for the Pentagon helped create the Iraqi National Congress (INC), which became one of the driving forces behind the decision to go to war.
WAR MADE EASY: How Presidents & Pundits Keep Spinning Us to Death.Narrated by Sean Penn.
War Made Easy reaches into the Orwellian memory hole to expose a 50-year pattern of government deception and media spin that has dragged the United States into one war after another from Vietnam to Iraq. Narrated by actor and activist Sean Penn, the film exhumes remarkable archival footage of official distortion and exaggeration from LBJ to George W. Bush, revealing in stunning detail how the American news media have uncritically disseminated the pro-war messages of successive presidential administrations.
War Made Easy gives special attention to parallels between the Vietnam war and the war in Iraq. Guided by media critic Norman Solomon’s meticulous research and tough-minded analysis, the film presents disturbing examples of propaganda and media complicity from the present alongside rare footage of political leaders and leading journalists from the past, including Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, dissident Senator Wayne Morse, and news correspondents Walter Cronkite and Morley Safer.
Norman Solomon’s work has been praised by the Los Angeles Times as “brutally persuasive” and essential “for those who would like greater context with their bitter morning coffee.” This film now offers a chance to see that context on the screen.

Big Oil and the war in Iraq
Halliburton, the oil services company which Vice President Dick Cheney once led, last year reported a 49 percent rise in profits, to $3.5 billion. By Derrick Z. Jackson Solomon
IT TOOK five years, the deaths of 4,100 US soldiers, and the wounding of 30,000 more to make Iraq safe for Exxon. It is the inescapable open question since the reasons given by President Bush for the invasion and occupation did not exist, neither the weapons of mass destruction nor Saddam Hussein's ties to Al Qaeda and the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The New York Times reported last week that several Western oil companies, including ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, BP, and Chevron, are about to sign no-bid contracts with the Iraqi government. Western oil had a significant stake in Iraqi oil for much of the last century until the government nationalized the industry in 1972.
The Associated Press quoted Oppenheimer & Co. analyst Fadel Gheit as saying he believed the contracts were a first step toward production-sharing agreements. "These companies are in it for the money, not to make friends," Gheit said. This of course blows a hole in another ancient Bush fallacy, the one in which former Defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld said "the oil wells belong to the Iraqi people" and former secretary of State Colin Powell seconded him by saying Iraqi oil "will be held in trust for the Iraqi people." Former Deputy Defense secretary Paul Wolfowitz once claimed there was so much oil in Iraq that "When it comes to reconstruction, before we turn to the American taxpayer, we will turn first to the resources of the Iraqi government."No, all that is really happening is that while the American taxpayer is being turned inside out by the war, and while families bury the brave, the corporate colonialists get all the resources.
Halliburton, the oil services company which Vice President Dick Cheney once led, last year reported a 49 percent rise in profits, to $3.5 billion.KBR, the former Halliburton subsidiary that provides food, shelter, and laundry services to soldiers, last year reported record profits and is about to share in a new 10-year, $150 billion contract. The controversial North Carolina-based private security firm Blackwater, whose guards shot and killed 17 Iraqis in one incident last year, has crossed the billion-dollar mark in government contracts, charging, according to the Raleigh News and Observer, $1,221 a day for security guards who are actually paid $500 a day. This is despite repeated charges of waste, overcharging and recklessness, and a degree of patriotism that verges on betrayal. As many veterans were being treated amid appalling conditions at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Halliburton CEO Dave Lesar last year moved from Texas to Dubai.
The Globe last March reported on how KBR has avoided paying perhaps half a billion dollars in Social Security and Medicare taxes since the start of the invasion by hiring employees through shell companies in the Cayman Islands. Now comes Big Oil itself, which is already basking in record profits. Its interest in Iraq, which has the world's third-largest oil reserves according to the federal government, is utterly transparent.
A decade ago, then-Chevron CEO Kenneth Derr said "I'd love Chevron to have access to" the Iraqi oil reserves. A Los Angeles Times news account just before the invasion said, "Maybe it's a coincidence, but American and British oil companies would be long-term beneficiaries of a successful military offensive . . . Industry officials say Hussein's ouster would help level the playing field . . . a bonanza for the US-dominated oil-services industry."Who will stop the bonanza or at least ensure that it is not an utter windfall for CEOs as US soldiers risk their lives keeping the peace and as Iraqis continue to struggle out of the rubble of the invasion? That is unclear -Source

Documentary -No End in Sight (2007)
An examination of the Bush Administration's conduct of the Iraqi war and occupation. The film chronicles the manner in which the principle errors of U.S. policy--the use of insufficient troop levels, allowing the looting of Baghdad, the purging of professionals from the Iraqi government, and the disbanding of the Iraqi military--largely created the insurgency and chaos that engulf Iraq today. How did a group of men with little or no military experience, knowledge of the Arab world or personal experience in Iraq come to make such flagrantly debilitating decisions? The film marks the first time Americans will be allowed inside the White House, Pentagon, and Baghdad's Green Zone to understand for themselves what has become the disintegration of war-torn Iraqoil and gas
"As oil and gas companies continue to make enormous profits in a time of record-high gas prices, watchdog groups are accusing these companies of shortchanging American taxpayers out of billions of dollars in royalties for drilling rights on public property. Members of Congress are also being blamed for making sweetheart deals with Big Oil engineered to avoid the payment of royalties.
"These oil companies along with some members of Congress have really engineered one of the greatest train robberies of all time," says California Congressman George Miller. You might not realize it, but American taxpayers own some very valuable property, some of it located in the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If oil and gas companies want to drill on this territory they are required to lease it out from the U.S. government, which collects royalties from them on the taxpayers' behalf.
It's no paltry sum. Royalties from oil and gas exploration are the government's second largest source of revenue, behind income tax. "I think the American taxpayers are losing billions of dollars," Kevin Gambrell, former director of the Federal Indian Minerals Office in Farmington, New Mexico, told NOW. Gambrell worked for seven years collecting royalties from petroleum companies working on federal and Native American lands in the Four Corners region.
"I think oil and gas companies were always trying to figure out how not to pay royalties or to pay as little as possible," Gambrell said. He said he caught many oil and gas companies lying and cheating to avoid paying the full royalties owed. He adds that when he tried to go after a company for the royalties they owed, he received phone calls from Congressional offices leaning on him to side with industry.
The Royalty Treatment
Back in 1995, Congress passed the Deep Water Royalty Relief Act that reduced the amount of royalties oil and gas companies had to pay. At the time, when gas prices were fairly low, the move was seen by many as an incentive to get petroleum companies to drill for oil and natural gas and keep energy production inside the United States.
Since then, a number of other royalty relief measures have been passed, such as the one included in the most recent energy bill, signed last summer, which increased the amount of oil that can be drilled without paying royalties. Royalty relief under the 1995 act could cost taxpayers up to $80 billion over the next twenty-five years, depending upon the outcome of an industry lawsuit, according to a recent draft report by the Government Accountability Office.
This includes a mistake by the government when drawing up some of the royalty agreements, which could cost $10 billion. Who's following the money, and who's keeping it? Get ready for a crude awakening."
