Before presenting our suppression evidence we wish to present an introduction based on our own observations and experience, as to the way politicans operate. This is specifically related to the task of public dissemination of alternative and suppressed energy technology.
Politicans main interests is to gain votes by any means available. They talk about "green" issues in an attempt to gain votes from people who are genuinely interested in "green" issues, but the politicians have no Genuine interest whatsoever in actually doing anything about the situation. If a politician does take an interest and promotes, say, the use of hydroxy boosters, then there are two possible outcomes:
1. The venture will be successful
2. The venture will not be successful for whatever reasons
In case 1. the Opposition politicians will attack, saying that it should have been done earlier, better, cheaper, a different way, or whatever.
In case 2. the Opposition politicians will attack, pointing out the failures and magnifying them out of all proportion and might well force the resignation of the poiltician responsible for the venture, ending his career.
On the other hand, if the politician does nothing at all, he can stonewall any Opposition criticisms by saying that the technology is unproven, current legislation (drafted by the Opposition when they were last in power) does not permit it, that there is insufficient funding at the present time, that other more urgent issues need to be dealt with first. The bottom line: no hassle for the politician, so no action, ever !! Based on our evidence which we have made politicans go on record it clearly shows that No effective politician has the slightest intention of ever getting involved in this area, no matter what he may say publicly.
However, if some ignorant newcomer to the political scene is actually fooled by the scam about claiming that the 1.4% of CO2 emissions caused by all the road vehicles in the world combined and wants to do something about it, then they may stand by and not object as they have a fall-guy who can be sacrificed if anything goes wrong, and they might get a party boost if it actually was seen to be beneficial by the voters.
If it fails, then they personally are not at risk. This situation changes if the majority of voters become aware of the genuine emissions-cutting effects of hydroxy boosters.
Recenly political legislation came in regarding fuel standards. This legislation is an enegy bill which calls to raise the fuel standard to 35 miles to the Gallon by 2020.
This is a hypocrisy, as Hydroxy boasters, GEET not to mention the EV-1 electric car, can produce BETTER MPG THEN THIS RIGHT NOW. If that happens, then votes become involved and the politician has an actual advantage in real terms for appearing to be doing something, especially if it costs nothing, like changing legislation to approve the use of boosters and/or adjusting oxygen sensors.
Plus politicians have the same funding problems that university administrators have for research budgets. Combine that with the natural wish to do whatever is best for yourself personally, and you get to understand why these people take each course of action (or inaction).
Panacea has recently contacted the Australian Queensland government's Minister for Mines and Energy. Panacea had attempted to arrange an appointment to present the available alternative energy technology which can replace fossil fuels and solve the drought problem in Australia and over seas!.

This list presents all the altenratives which are available to fossil fuels plus PROVEN drought releif weather modification technooogy.
It is Panaceas anticipation that loyalty to coal contacts may be involved in the govenrment. This letter was done in order to conduct a proficiency test which we intended to also report our results back to the public.
This letter also shows the Queensland's government pledges to spend 40 million dollar on upgrading train tracks to enable the to sell more coal.
The governments response to te letter will either show loyalty to coal contracts, or rational to pledge the money into the available clean energy solutions.

Given the now available alternatives to coal technology as previously mentioned can the minister for energy please respond on record as their response to addressing these solutions.
Also the non profit organization has published a study done by Dr Mark Diesendorf, who teaches sustainable development at the Institute of Environmental Studies at the University of New South Wales. This study has proven that a Bio mass power station can create 3 more jobs then a coal power station. Link

Fusion using toroid ; Electron Power Systems ™ has discovered a plasma toroid that remains stable without magnetic confinement, by using background gas pressure for confinement instead. These plasma toroids are observed to remain stable for thousands of times longer than classical plasma toroids, which opens the way for new clean energy applications. In the 1970's, Dr. Wells at the U of Miami collided two plasma toroids to produce low-level fusion energy in the TRISOPS system. The amount of energy produced was limited by the short duration time of the plasma toroids used, as well as their low density and their low level of energy.

Requires neutron radiation shielding, Requires sealed cylinders, and Requires controller to avoid a thermonuclear explosion. An engine after conversion produces 3 x the power of the engine prior to conversion. This may be the best way for a manned mission to mars to be able to land enough space craft on mars in order to lift off from the mars surface for any return to earth.
Landing large booster rockets on to the mars surface may be almost impossible. Alternatively artificial gravity such as in space. Because a SEG is self-contained, it may be used in remote locations. In the early 1950s as a young apprentice in England John Searl built his first experimental free energy generator which unexpectedly produced anti-gravity effect, broke free, broke through the roof, flew off into space and was lost. In the 1960s John Searl found a way of controlling the anti-gravity effect and made a second remote controlled device which was sent to an United States Air Force Base For evaluation, the device flew but was deemed useless to the Air force military personnel and purchasers in its then raw configuration.
In the 1970s John Searl produced another small device in New Zealand, and began work on a larger vehicle able to carry a passenger. The small machine was used as a household and workshop power source. John Searl then persistently refused to pay for the connection of electricity to his property, which at that time was illegal in NZ, and was subsequently sent to prison. During this period in prison his neglected wife got upset with him for spending all his time and money on developing these devices and set fire to his workshop, the fire destroyed the large anti gravity vehicle, and all of his notes. It is not known what became of the small generator but it was also lost or destroyed. During the 1980s and up until now John Searl has been reconstructing the required plans and measurements, experimenting with modern materials, trial making some components, publishing and selling technical books and the Searl effect web page on the device, and trying to raise enough money to develop, build, and manufacture more devices.
I suggested to John Searl that he should make his technology more available for success one way or another. John Searl now wants to abandon any attempt to gain a patent and void any attempt by others to steal and control rights to his technology by open sourcing all of his Searl Effect Generator Inverse Gravity Vehicle technology. He is now about 80 years of age, and coming to the conclusion his only remaining opportunity for manufacture of his invention and personal success is if he helps any other maker with deeper pockets construct his invention.
He should and would still like to be paid a prize and royalties and gain credit for his work so far leading to the construction of copies of his invention. Insufficient funds prevent the existence of any currant demonstration device. $1,000,000 would be sufficient to construct one by J R R Searl and associates. A Russian team have a part duplication single stage device [ instead of the three stage Searl device ] and reproduce a small 35% reduction in weight and free electricity. A Searl Effect Generator (SEG) consists of three concentric rings each made of four different materials concentrically attached to each other.
The three rings are fixed to a base. Surrounding each of the rings, and free to rotate around them, are rollers - typically 10 on the first ring, 25 on the next and 35 on the outer ing.
Surrounding the rollers on the outer ring are coils which are connected in various configurations to supply either AC or DC current at a variety of voltages. Multiple magnetic poles are imprinted on the rings and rollers to form frictionless magnetic bearings. These also arrange the static charge into opposing charge clusters which cause the rollers to rotate around the circumference of the ring. When the SEG rollers are brought into close proximity to the SEG Ring, the magnetic field causes negative ions and electrons to be drawn into and accelerated through the machine.
This process is assisted by the highly electron-attracting rare earth metal neodymium. A SEG is 3 stage step up rotary transformer, increasing final output to a very high voltage. The output windings must step down this output to 240 volts at 15KW. The first Searl Effect products are envisioned to be 1-A compact 15 kW generator unit, measuring approximately 46 x 61 x 12 cm, to provide DC or AC single or three phase electricity at a variety of voltages, typically 12 to 240 V Each unit would deliver 60,000 KW hours before requiring remagnetization on an exchange unit basis,. and 2-A flying craft called an Inverse-G-Vehicle or (IGV).
The Searl effect is verified by partial duplication in Russia by Roschin and Godin. Patent (html)(pdf) was granted Nov. 1 2005 to Boris Volfson of Huntington, Ind., for a space vehicle propelled by a superconducting shield that alters the curvature of space-time outside the craft in a way that counteracts gravity.
A space vehicle propelled by the pressure of inflationary vacuum state is provided comprising a hollow superconductive shield, an inner shield, a power source, a support structure, upper and lower means for generating an electromagnetic field, and a flux modulation controller.
A cooled hollow superconductive shield is energized by an electromagnetic field resulting in the quantized vortices of lattice ions projecting a gravitomagnetic field that forms a spacetime curvature anomaly outside the space vehicle. The spacetime curvature imbalance, the spacetime curvature being the same as gravity, provides for the space vehicle's propulsion. The space vehicle, surrounded by the spacetime anomaly, may move at a speed approaching the light-speed characteristic for the modified locale.

I believe their would be virtue in updating the theory of the conservation of energy; that energy may never be created or destroyed only transformed, into the Conservation Of Free Energy, energy is created for free then never destroyed only transformed. The repulsive force which keeps the universe expanding seems to be created in a vacuum from nothing.
Gravity seems to create from nothing but the presence of elements,- heat and pressure in the sun to convert through fusion atoms into heavier atom elements. The strong and week atomic forces also seem to create energy from nothing. Perminant magnets attract and repel without any consumption of mass. All that is required to transform these forces into electricity or directed motive force is a method of turning off and on these forces. All energy is either free energy or an end product of free energy. For example fission is a product of uranium which is formed in a sun from gravity. Fusion is not a net producer but a consumer of energy.
The effort to create energy from fusion should be directed into other new energy technologies. Coal is created from plant chemical energy, from photosynthesis, from sunlight, from gravity. Where conservation of energy is correct is that energy is not destroyed but transformed into elements or dissipated throughout the universe. The conservation of energy theory was developed in the 1600s only considering terrestrial phenomena, and not the effect of gravity on fusion in the sun. Ausindustry has committed $100,000,000 in 2005 for new energy technologies.
Ausindustry has placed an ad in a newspaper and expects the best inventors to come to them. Even though only about 1% of inventors would read enough of the newspaper every day to see the ads. Instead Ausindustry should be more daring and proactive in searching out not only Australian inventors but all free energy inventors world wide to find the best inventions.
Universities focus on theories when what is required is to look at and develop obscure phenomenon into working devices that exist in advance of theories. But the inventor given orphan status,- used in the USA to shield the real inventor from other poaching patents from demonstrated technologies, and also fast tracked to a patent.

However in order to improve our balance of trade and put fuel production on a sustainable basis i suggest that their be a combustion fuels import duty of 50 cents per liter, Fossil fuels sales subjected to a 50 cents per liter sales tax for all users, and Non commercial users subject to a tax of 50 cents per liter. So no tax on Australian produced biofuel for commercial users. Also no motor vehicle registration.
